I will start with a brief introduction for all of you who are not reading this.
My name is Theo. I graduated from UC Davis in June 2007 with a BA in Sociology. On August 25th, I will be leaving my current home and moving with my partner and our dog to Portland, Oregon. While nothing after that is very certain, I hope to find an apartment and a job. In my favorite of scenarios, I find a job as a library assistant and bicycle commute.
For the last 28 months, I have been a student assistant at Shields Library in the Humanities and Social Sciences Reference Department. I have not owned or regularly driven a car since 2004. This is a lifestyle which suits me very well. With some luck this will soon be the blog of a Portland-based libcyclist (or something like that).
Ah, now I understand the moniker. :0)
